I guarantee that your car will develop another fault within 1-2 months of being serviced at this shop.Sloppy work.Fastenings are broken and not replaced. Bolts missing. Components not secured, tightened accurately, seals damaged. Air filter housing was improperly reinstalled . Had tune-up done there. Now there's excessive air intake , prompting engine light, other mechanics cant pin point cause. After three attempted full engine diagnostics. One mechanic suggested there's a compression fault due to engine seal damage .Which only appeared after tune up at this shop.

I recently had my car serviced at advance auto care and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, including the necessary repairs and costs. They completed the job on time and within the quoted price, leaving me feeling confident that my car is in top condition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop.

Biggest ripoff of hialeah ! We towed a car into the facility it turns out it was the alternator They went ahead and replaced it mind you almost $800 for an alternator that when you look up the part that is needed at the auto zone which is where they buy the parts it is under $200. After paying all of that and returning the car they then say"Just so you know the alternator won't last because your power steer pump is leaking and will cause it to go bad." 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Instead of initially making us aware with what the issue is they decided to not say anything until they are returning our vehicle after just replacing was had gotten damaged from the main cause was. Something that should have been initially stated. Let's not even talk about them wanting to charge over $1000 for the power steer pump that we called directly the auto zone because we couldn't believe the online price of $72. Over $900 in just labor is absurd. Let's not even mention how they have the audacity to say "oh because your car is 10 years old" Sir do you think you would have a job if everyone drove in new cars ? if you take care of stuff it will last. We bring it to so called professionals to be able to maintain it. ABSU

I have been to 3 of their shops. Always great customer service and they do care about customers. My last visit was a tear dropper, I went in for an oil change which was done but was told I needed tires (which I knew) I didnt have any money and told them I will get it when I can spear some money. Align said I need them now and he is very concerned for me and my young kids safety and I should not drive my car like that. I truly had no money, well once I drove off I got a phone call 5 mins later telling me to come back and put the tires on my car. He called the owner Juan and explained my situation and they gave me tires. I have never in my life gone to any car dealer or body shop where they cared for their customers like that. I will ALWAYS go here to work on my car. Thank you guys I appreciate you so much.
